Documents Required

  • Record of Work Experience and Competencies Achieved Form
  • Employer Declaration Form
  • Statutory Declaration Form (for self-employed or employers no longer in business)

Fees

$50 for Red Seal exam

There is a cost to practical that is determined by and paid directly to the college.

Requirements

  • Red Seal multiple-choice exam
  • Practical exam meeting national benchmarks
  • 7400 Hours of training

Notes

  • Have a journeyperson sign Record of Work Experience and Competencies Form
  • Yes – Required to complete NWPE at their own expense.
  • Yes – for current tickets that meet the National practical. TQ brings them to the college when doing the practical and they will give the credit.
